The Avengers: Age of Ultron is the second Avengers movie directed by Jos Whendon.
After the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D. the Avengers are privatized and there headquarters are in the old Stark Tower now Avengers Tower. And they are trying to keep the world save and destroy Hydra. In an attempt to make the world a safer place Tony and Bruce want to make a shield called Ultron.  But they end up with something different.
